You'll be: Packaging products and parts as directed by the Work Center Lead or Production Manager. Reading production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine packaging needs and priorities. Proactively moving materials to and from work centers, maintaining efficient workflow. Identifying and communicating material or part shortages to leadership. Safely transferring materials using overhead cranes, carts, and/or forklifts. Adhering to all safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Performing general housekeeping duties before, during, and after shifts. Training on machine operations and assisting with grinding applications as needed. Operating within the ERP system and following all internal processes. Completing other duties as assigned by leadership. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required). Possess 1-3 months of related experience and/or training. Are able to obtain forklift and crane certifications (or pass required certification tests). Can stand and walk for extended periods (75% or more of your shift). Are physically capable of frequent bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, kneeling, climbing, and handling materials. Can lift 75-100 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs or more frequently. Are detail-oriented and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
