Updated 08/26/2026 Job Description Job Summary CNC Machinist 1st Shift 4-Day Work Week Are you an experienced CNC Machinist who thrives in a precision manufacturing environment? Were looking for a skilled professional to take ownership of the machining process from setup to final inspection in a low-volume, high-mix job shop. What Youll Do Setup and operate multiple CNC machine tools Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Edit CNC programs and troubleshoot machining issues Utilize FANUC controls and Renishaw probing systems Perform inspections using precision gauges and CMM equipment Complete FAIs, monitor SPC data, and maintain quality standards Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S practices What Were Looking For Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience Strong knowledge of shop math, GD&T, and blueprint reading Ability to edit CNC programs and work independently Experience with CMMs, inspection methods, and precision tolerances Machine Tool Technology degree preferred or equivalent experience Schedule Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay $23/hour Ready to join a team focused on quality, precision, and continuous improvement? Pay Details:
