Job Description

Assembler/Tester to support production in a facility that builds small hydraulic valves used in heavy equipment machinery . This role assembles precision components, performs functional testing, and completes quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble small hydraulic valve components using hand tools, fixtures, and written work instructions Follow work orders, assembly procedures, and visual aids/drawings Perform in-process inspections for correct parts, alignment, and assembly sequence Conduct functional testing using test benches/stands (pressure, flow, leak, and performance checks) as trained Accurately document test results and production activity (paperwork and/or basic computer entry) Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate quality concerns to the lead/supervisor or quality team Label and package finished product per requirements Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and quality standards Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Willingness and ability to work overtime as required Ability to stand for a full shift and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs Preferred Manufacturing experience (assembly, testing, inspection, etc.) Experience with hand tools and measurement tools (calipers, gauges, torque tools) Familiarity with mechanical/hydraulic components and working with small parts Work Environment / Physical Requirements Manufacturing environment with repetitive hand motions and detailed assembly work Standing/walking for extended periods; frequent reaching, grasping, and handling small components Will work around oil and hydraulic fluids May work around test equipment and pressurized air/fluid systems PPE / Dress Code Requirements / Shift Breakdown Required PPE includes slip

  • 7:30 AM): $19.
50/hr Overtime required (based on production needs)
