Screen Printing Support

The Screen Printing Support team member is responsible for assisting in the production process by operating and monitoring the dryer, ensuring printed garments are properly cured, and performing quality control checks to maintain high production standards. This role is essential in ensuring product consistency, accuracy, and timely order completion. Pay determined on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Dryer Operation:

Load and unload garments onto the conveyor dryer efficiently Quality Control (QC): Inspect printed garments for defects such as misprints, smudging, ink inconsistencies, or alignment issues Verify print quality meets company and customer standards Remove and document defective items Maintain consistency across all garments in a production run Communicate issues to press operators and supervisors promptly

Production Support:

Stack, count, and organize finished garments Assist press operators as needed to maintain workflow efficiency Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals

Qualifications:

Previous screen printing or production experience preferred (not required) Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects quickly Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Work Environment:

Warehouse/production setting with exposure to heat from dryer equipment Requires standing, repetitive movement, and handling garments continuously.
