About the
Role:
Monitor and coordinate workflow to meet production schedules and quality standards Responsible for material availability at the stati on Operating equipment and/or running stations within the line Assist with machine and equipment setup and minor adjustments/troubleshooting Serve as the first point of escalation for operators regarding process and equipment issues Provide on-the-job training and coaching to new and existing team members Verify first piece inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards Assist with accurate production, downtime, scrap, and other production records and reporting Escalate production issues and coordinate resolutions, within escalation matrix Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate suggestions to supervisor and/or production manager Support 5S and lean initiatives within the work area Serve as a liaison between operators and supervisors, relay shift updates and priorities Participate in daily production meetings and provide feedback on team performance Adhere to safety, quality, and production requirements Other duties, as assigned.
About You:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical or advanced training in manufacturing processes) Associate's degree preferred 2-3 years of experience in a production environment Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality requirements; ability to train other team members effectively Ability to interact and communicate effectively with team members Basic computer skills Drive the company culture by aligning and executing Elringklinger's core values
