Production Lead -
Manufacturing Pay :
$25/hr Day Shift | $27/hr
Night Shift Schedule :
12-Hour Pitman Schedule | Day and Night Shift Openings Available A growing advanced manufacturing company in the Fort Mill area is hiring Production Leads for both day and night shift operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting production teams, assisting with troubleshooting on the floor, and helping drive safety, quality, and production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with manufacturing lead experience who enjoy working directly with operators and production equipment while helping support daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support production operators during shift operations Ensure safety procedures and work instructions are followed at all times Train and assist production employees on equipment and processes Support quality checks and production documentation Monitor production flow and communicate issues to leadership Assist with basic troubleshooting and first-level production equipment issues Coordinate with maintenance when equipment issues arise Help maintain production uptime and efficiency Fill in for operators during breaks or staffing shortages as needed Support a positive and team-oriented production environment
Qualifications:
2+ years of manufacturing or production experience preferred Prior lead, team lead, or production leadership experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating Pitman schedule

Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
