岗位职责Responsibilities： 1、负责部门所在岗位SOP（标准作业程序）的中英文翻译、培训及现场讲解； Translate, train, and provide on-site instruction on departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in both Chinese and English. 2、负责现场工作交流翻译及操作技能培训支持；

On-site Communication & Skills Training:

Provide interpretation support for on-site work communication and assist with operational skills training. 3、负责美方管理相关问题的对接、沟通与协调处理； Coordinate, communicate, and resolve U.S. management-related issues and inquiries. 4、负责丝网印刷工序KPI（关键绩效指标）提升的讲解与培训； Deliver training and instruction on improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the screen printing process. 5、配合责任主管完成KPI相关指标的持续改善工作。 Assist the supervisor in continuous improvement efforts related to KPI targets. 岗位职责Requirements： 1、本科及以上学历，管理类、数据分析类相关专业优先； Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Management, Data Analytics, or related fields. 2、中英双语熟练，能够流利使用中英文进行互译及工作沟通（此为本岗位必备技能）； Proficient in both Chinese and English, capable of fluent translation and work communication in both languages (this is an essential job requirement). 3、经验与学习意愿：此岗位接受有光伏行业经验者，也接受无相关经验者（公司将提供全面系统的岗前培训）；

Experience & Learning Willingness:

Both experienced candidates (with PV industry background) and entry-level candidates are welcome (comprehensive pre-job training will be provided). 4、培训后需掌握的核心技能（入职后将通过系统培训达标）： Core Skills to Be Mastered After Training (to be achieved through systematic training): 熟悉光伏丝网印刷岗位工作内容，精通丝网印刷工序核心流程（涵盖网版校准、银浆调试、设备参数设定等）； Become familiar with PV screen printing operations and gain deep understanding of core processes (including screen mesh calibration, silver paste adjustment, and equipment parameter configuration). 能够精准识别印刷过程中虚印、断栅、偏移、脏污等常见不良问题，快速分析成因并配合工艺、设备人员完成整改优化； Accurately identify common printing defects such as poor contact, grid line breakage, misalignment, and contamination; quickly analyze root causes and collaborate with process and equipment teams to implement corrective actions. 熟练操作迈为/科隆威SC丝网印刷机，具备扎实的设备实操能力，可独立完成开机生产、常规参数调整及生产异常处理。 Become proficient in operating the Maxwell / Kronos SC screen printing machines, with solid hands-on capability to independently perform startup, routine parameter adjustments, and production abnormality resolution.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
