What you will get An agile career and dynamic working culture An inclusive and ethical workplace Compensation programs that recognize high performance Medical, dental, and vision insurance The full list of our global benefits can be found at What you will do Operate hard capsule machines (HCM) to produce capsules for Lonza Greenwood Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with safety guidelines Troubleshoot basic issues on HCM equipment Collect samples at set frequencies and document results accurately Maintain housekeeping standards and remove scrap from production areas Support team operations and shift flexibility as needed Follow all plant policies and Lonza Manufacturing Orders What we are looking for High school diploma or GED Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Basic computer skills Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Ability to adapt to changing priorities and shift roles as needed Every day, Lonza's products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
