Job Purpose Assist with performing all production related duties including setting up the machine, making splices, reading and understanding job orders, specifications, and the inventory system.

Key Accountabilities Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping (including no-work areas).
  • Assist with setting up the machine.
  • Make splices.
  • Use ERP system (Syteline) to record and make the proper transactions to consume materials.
  • Read and understand specifications and information listed on Job Operating Listing Report.
  • Identify acceptable and unacceptable quality via web inspection.
  • Assist in reducing waste.
  • Assist in improving machine efficiencies.
  • Handle raw materials in a way such that they are not damaged.
  • Disassemble and clean all support equipment (pumps, hoses, filter housings, etc.).
  • Assist on both the prime equipment machines as needed.
  • Show the ability to communicate (verbal, written and listening).
  • Check storage cabinets on your assigned machine and re-stock storage cabinets as needed.
  • Show willingness to perform any other duties that are assigned.
  • Attend Monthly safety training sessions.
  • Maintain a safe work area including following all safety practices on a daily basis (able to complete daily safety checklist).
  • Adhere to all company policies and follow company procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret written information.
  • Work in a team environment.
Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred
  • Forklift experience
