Job Description

Join a manufacturing team in Lancaster operating press brake equipment to produce quality metal parts in a fast-paced environment. Experience Required Schedule 1st Shift Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Overtime as needed Pay Rate $23 Primary Responsibilities Operate and adjust press brake machines Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Read work orders and measurements Troubleshoot minor production issues Follow safety and maintenance procedures
Qualifications:
Ability to read and follow written work instructions. Basic math skills and ability to use measuring devices. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and understand work orders. Reliable work history and strong attention to detail. Ability to pass a physical and meet mobility requirements. Basic computer skills for documentation.
