Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be an essential part of the production process, ensuring that products meet quality standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced food production environment. You will work closely with team members to support continuous improvement and maintain high safety and sanitation standards. Duties Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety standards and manufacturing procedures. Assist in food processing, packaging, and assembly tasks to meet production targets. Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and FDA regulations to ensure food safety and quality. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to sanitation protocols. Monitor product quality and report any deviations or issues to supervisors. Support inventory management through accurate documentation and proper handling of materials using SAP or similar systems. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining a safe work environment. Skills Knowledge of food industry regulations including FDA, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety management practices. Experience in food processing or manufacturing management is preferred. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to production quantities and measurements. Mechanical knowledge for operating or troubleshooting machinery is a plus. Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including sanitation and GMP compliance. Experience with packaging processes and forklift operation is desirable but not mandatory. Effective communication skills for managing production or assembly teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.
