Production Associates

Aldora Aluminum & Glass Products, Inc, is a leader in the glass and aluminum industry. We are looking to add to our Production team. Production Associates perform a variety tasks in service of their goal of ensuring that manufactured products meet certain standards of quality. 1st shift 7:30am-4:00pm and 2nd shift 3:00pm-11pm Interviews will begin again on January 6, 2026 What Aldora Offers You Highly competitive base salary Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program / 401k Health, wellness programs and PTO A culture that values opportunity for growth, development and internal promotion Principal Duties Move glass and metal product from, tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily Run tempering oven Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another in an effort to expedite the production process Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow Perform different job functions on a rotating basis Inspect product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications Maintain a safe and clean work area Requirements Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure Available to work in all areas of production Able to move materials safely Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends) Physical Requirements Ability to wear all required safety equipment to include safety boots Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
