Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to support our graphics department with production and office tasks. This role involves operating large format printers and vinyl cutters, assisting with the assembly of printed materials, and maintaining quality standards. Additionally, the candidate will perform basic office duties such as filing, data entry, and research to support departmental operations. This position offers valuable experience in graphic production processes while contributing to efficient workflow and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Operate large format printers and vinyl cutters to produce high-quality graphics. Assist with assembling vinyl decals and printed materials. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Perform measurements and calculations as needed. Use design software such as Illustrator or Photoshop for adjustments when required. Complete office tasks including filing, data entry, and research. Maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Experience with vinyl decals or printing environments is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Proficiency with computers; familiarity with design software is a plus. Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully.
