Production Worker:

Support daily production operations in a continuously running manufacturing environment Operate and monitor production equipment and material handling systems Receive incoming materials and prepare finished products for shipment Use warehouse and production tracking systems to maintain accurate inventory records Perform quality checks while following established safety and operating procedures Assist with inventory counts and material reconciliation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work collaboratively with teammates to meet production goals

Skills and Experience:

What You'll Bring as a

Preferred Candidate:

Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred Basic computer skills and ability to learn production software Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail Comfortable working in PPE, including respirators and protective clothing when required Ability to pass a respirator fit test and medical evaluation Steel-toe shoes required (ask us about discount options) Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed Reliable attendance and a positive team-focused attitude
