Recruiting Solutions is actively hiring experienced Machine Operators and Forklift Operators for multiple manufacturing clients throughout the Spartanburg area. Available Positions We are currently seeking candidates with experience in: Robotic Welding Machine Operation Production Manufacturing Extrusion Operations Laminating Operations Coating Operations Injection Molding Sit-Down Forklift Operation Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operation Pay Rate $17.50 - $23.75 per hour Pay is based on experience, skill set, shift, and client location. Benefits $250 Sign-On Bonus (select positions) Competitive Pay Rates Overtime Opportunities Temp-to-Hire Positions Career Growth Potential Excellent Benefits Once Hired Permanently Stable, Long-Term Employment Opportunities Opportunity to build valuable manufacturing and equipment-operating skills Qualifications Previous manufacturing, machine operation, production, or assembly experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Ability to stand for extended periods and work overtime as needed Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Previous sit-down or stand-up forklift experience At least 18 months of stable work history in a previous role Why Join Us?
