H Shift - 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off

Non-climate-controlled Rubber Department Job Summary We are seeking Press Operators to support manufacturing operations in the Rubber Department. The candidate will operate a heated press machine, perform quality checks on rubber stopper pads, and use basic hand tools to complete production tasks. Key Responsibilities Operate a heated press machine in a manufacturing environment.

Conduct quality checks on rubber stopper pads.

Use a mallet hammer and other basic hand tools.

Perform fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.

Set up, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and monitor equipment as required.

Perform quality inspections in accordance with established specifications.

Follow clearly defined SOPs, quality guidelines, and manufacturing procedures.

Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Work effectively as part of a team and communicate with coworkers and supervisors. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

0-1 year of manufacturing/assembly experience is acceptable.

Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English.

Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Ability to use basic measurement tools, including microscopes.

Strong attention to detail.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours.

Reliable and punctual attendance. Physical Requirements Must be comfortable standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.

Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Must be comfortable working with a mallet hammer and hand tools.

Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Must be comfortable working around heated press equipment. Additional Information Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are required.

Eye exam is required.

Weekends are included in the schedule.
