Job Description
Carolina Christian Broadcasting is seeking a creative, professional, and team-oriented individual to join our production crew. Our in-studio production services include live and pre-recorded talk shows, music videos, cooking shows, and documentary productions. We maintain a collaborative and courteous environment for both our team and our guests. Strong team environment skills are a must. This job is an entry-level position beginning as a camera operator and floor director. The responsibilities for this job are as follows: Camera Operator Set up, move, and operate studio cameras. Frame shots and follow real-time cues and directions from the Director. Assist with post-production studio breakdown and equipment teardown. Floor Director Greet guests prior to taping to review show details, outline studio rules, and ensure comfort. Mic guests and assist with proper positioning on set. Deliver clear verbal and visual cues to hosts and guests during live and recorded broadcasts. Assist with post-production studio breakdown and equipment teardown. Additional Responsibilities Assist with set design, furniture placement, and prop management. Assist with studio lighting and basic equipment maintenance. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry equipment or props weighing up to 40 lbs. Ability to assist team members with lifting heavier studio props. Ability to stand and move around the studio floor for extended periods (several hours at a time).
