Job Description:
Due to continued growth, increased customer demand, and record sales, we are expanding our manufacturing operations and seeking skilled Manual Machinists, QA Inspectors and more to join our 2nd Shift Team. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus; however, we are willing to train the right candidates who demonstrate reliability, a strong work history, and a willingness to learn. Schedule Full-Time 2nd Shift (3pm - 11PM) Overtime available as needed Some Essential Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Use gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances Complete and maintain production and quality records accurately Follow ISO procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and safety regulations Maintain a clean and organized work area Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Technical school certification or machining-related training a plus Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Experience using hand-held precision measuring tools a plus Effective communication skills and a working command of the English language Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for extended periods Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, crouching, and repetitive movements Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds independently; assistance available for heavier items Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment and machinery Why Join Our Team?
