Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Production Associate to manage the preparation and shipment of customer orders while supporting production operations as needed. This position plays a key role in ensuring orders are packaged accurately, shipped on time, and manufactured products are completed to Concealite's quality standards. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, is comfortable using shipping software such as UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager, and is willing to assist with assembly and production during periods of lighter shipping activity. Responsibilities Prepare, package, and ship customer orders using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and other carrier platforms Verify orders for accuracy prior to shipment Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and required shipping documentation Coordinate outbound shipments with freight carriers as needed Ensure products are packaged securely to prevent shipping damage Maintain shipping records and tracking information Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying materials against packing slips Maintain an organized shipping and warehouse area Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move incoming materials, finished goods, and pallets throughout the warehouse. Assist with assembly of light fixtures, fire alarm devices, and exit signage as production needs require Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and quality standards Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy Assist with inventory movement and staging materials for production
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
