Job Description
Position Summary Showplace Cabinetry is seeking experienced manufacturing professionals to join our team as Skilled Manufacturing Specialists. These positions require individuals with strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to producing high-quality custom cabinetry. As a Skilled Manufacturing Specialist, you may work in a variety of advanced manufacturing roles, including production coordination, material setup, quality verification, manufacturing support, and other specialized production functions. Depending on your experience and skills, you'll be placed in the role that best matches your abilities while supporting the continued success of our manufacturing operations. Essential Functions Organize materials and prepare components for production.
Verify product quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.
Perform precise measurements using tape measures and other measuring tools.
Identify and resolve production issues while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate workflow and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain production goals while ensuring exceptional quality.
Cross-train and support multiple departments as business needs require.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications We're looking for candidates who possess or are willing to develop the following skills: Previous manufacturing, woodworking, construction, machining, industrial, or related experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Experience using tape measures and performing precise measurements.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to prioritize work and work independently.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Frequently bend, twist, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment.

Working Hours Monday-Thursday:
7:00 AM - 5:00PMFriday:
7:00 AM until production is completeOccasional Saturdays:
