$17-20 / hour Job Description Looking to start a career in manufacturing? We're hiring Entry-Level Paint Associates to join a growing production team. No previous paint experience required—training is provided! Responsibilities Prepare products for the paint process Hang, unhang, and move parts throughout production Inspect products for quality and finish Follow safety and production procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist team members as needed Qualifications Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Dependable attendance and positive attitude Team-oriented mindset #INDSXF
