Production / Shop Laborer (Entry-Level)

Northern Cabinet Door manufactures high-quality cabinet components for custom cabinet shops throughout the region. We are hiring dependable, hands-on individuals to join our production team in an entry-level shop labor role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and wants to build a long-term career in manufacturing or woodworking.

What you will do:

Assist in the production and assembly of cabinet components Handle, measure, and prepare materials for fabrication Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment (tape measure accuracy required) Support experienced team members in daily shop operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What we are looking for: Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn and follow instructions Basic ability to read measurements accurately Prior manufacturing, construction, or shop experience is helpful but not required What we offer: Starting pay up to $20/hour depending on experience Paid vacation and holidays Health insurance Company retirement plan with match If you are dependable and ready to learn a skilled trade environment, we encourage you to apply. #hc247467
