Job Overview Crushmore is a Medical Cannabis Manufacturer licensed to operate in Rapid City, South Dakota. Our mission is to consistently provide high quality medical products to South Dakota's Registered Patients.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Worker to join our small, dynamic production team. In this role, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are made efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. Your hands-on expertise and mechanical aptitude will help drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and innovation. In-depth training will be provided for any and all unique techniques used in our production processes. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment including laboratory equipment, hand tools, and other process-related machinery to support production activities. Learn scientific processes and machinery to maintain a safe production environment and produce quality products. Conduct measurements using various instruments including analytical scales. Package accurately on the production line while adhering to safety standards and quality protocols. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and material movement within the warehouse or factory floor. Follow safety procedures rigorously, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols in all tasks. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements for lean manufacturing practices. Qualifications High School Diploma (or equivalent), Associates Degree or further degree is a plus, preferably in the sciences. Strong understanding of production processes and ability to accurately collect and record data. Hands-on experience with assembly line operations, mechanical assembly, and interpreting technical drawings. Proficiency with measuring instruments, power tools, hand tools. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and mechanical assembly tasks. Experience supporting production teams or participating in process improvement projects is a plus. Ability to lift heavy materials safely, perform manual handling tasks efficiently, and work effectively in a warehouse setting. $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
