Position Summary Production Operators support manufacturing operations at the largest residential water heater facility in the United States. This role involves hands-on production work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components per work instructions
• Perform robotic and/or manual welding
• Apply ceramic glass coatings
• Load/unload tanks from paint systems
• Operate hand tools (manual and automated)
• Set up and operate production equipment
• Follow safety, quality, and work standards Qualifications
• 6 months manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work 2nd shift (start times ~2:00 PM; end times up to 1:30 AM)
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods with frequent bending/reaching
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs with or without assistance
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
