Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our production line, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently, accurately, and safely. Your hands-on approach and technical proficiency will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards and optimizing manufacturing processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic factory environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities A production associate plays an important role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of a manufacturing department. As a production associate, you will assemble various parts of a product, following precise instructions to ensure correct assembly. Pay Rate $16.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Overtime is required (Work weekends as needed.)
