MF TXT Operator Scope:

Operate texturizer ensuring quality work. Inspect, pack and band finished work.

Summary of Position:

Ensures production plans are achieved in order to meet customer requirements. Operates the equipment to produce material per established production processes and work orders. Ensure a culture of safety throughout the site by adhering to all safety procedures and policies

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate Texturizer Clean air jets/godets Inspect, pack and band finished work Quick doff Sample collection for testing Perform lot changes Perform QC checks in lab Make safety in TXT top priority Other duties as assigned management

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required 6 months or more continuous experience in a manufacturing environment Mechanical aptitude Excellent attendance Interactive skills to effectively work as part of a team Communicate effectively through verbal and written communication Ability to work with minimal supervision

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None Work Environment:

Operates in non-temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. This is an onsite job and is NOT remote. Regular and predictive attendance is mandatory.

Physical Demands:

May be required to stand for long periods of time May involve some repetitive motions Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers Reports to:
