Position Summary The Production Associate supports manufacturing operations by performing assembly, material handling, quality inspections, and equipment operation. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities- Perform assembly, production, packaging, and material handling tasks.
- Operate manufacturing equipment following established procedures.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met and report defects.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Complete production records and required documentation accurately.
- Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety policies, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and team goals. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or on a team.
- Forklift experience is a plus. Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
