We Need A Top-Notch Machine Feeder. Looking for Machine Feeder jobs in Elizabethton where dependable work keeps production moving? Job Duties Feed materials into or remove materials from the machine. Perform and log quality checks to ensure accuracy of product. Use a variety of hand tools. Work quickly but mindfully with minimal errors/mistakes. Maintain a clean and safe production area. Other duties as assigned. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial. High School Diploma or GED preferred but NOT required Experience Requirements 6 months' experience operating manufacturing or production equipment. Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation. Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards. Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance. Preferred Qualifications Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Feeder. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
