Wood Personnel Services is hiring Manufacturing Associates for multiple opportunities throughout Middle Tennessee!

We are currently partnering with several established manufacturing and production companies in Gallatin, Portland, Hartsville, Wilson County, and surrounding areas who are looking for dependable, hardworking Manufacturing Associates.

Manufacturing Associate Pay and Hours:
Pay rates up to $20.75 an hour, with opportunities varying by position and experience1st and 2nd shifts may be availableShift schedules and pay rates vary by assignmentTemp-to-hire opportunitiesBenefits Offered by

Manufacturing Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble, inspect, and package metal components and finished productsOperate production equipment and hand tools safely and efficientlyLoad and unload materials from workstations and production linesPerform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specificationsIdentify and report defects or production concerns to supervisorsStack, label, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipmentMaintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety proceduresAssist with basic machine operation within the warehouseSupport production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency standardsWear required PPE and follow all company safety policies
