Wood Personnel:
Medical, Dental and Life Insurance Direct Deposit or Payroll Card Weekly pay
Manufacturing Associate Compensation and Hours:
Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm $17/hr Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00am-6:30pm $19.04 /hr
Manufacturing Associate Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting Physical ability to stand for extended periods
High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor filling line equipment to ensure proper functioning and minimal downtime Set up and adjust machinery according to production specifications and safety guidelines Inspect and verify the quality of filled products to ensure they meet company standards Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to promote a safe working environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and resolve any operational challenges Document production activities, including quantity and quality checks, in compliance with company procedures
