$16/hr. to start! What You'll Build As a Truss Builder - Roof and Floor Trusses - We will train!, you'll help assemble roof and floor trusses for new construction homes—built to spec from our Engineering team so builders can stay on schedule.
Key responsibilities:
Assemble trusses to provided specifications Complete assignments from your Supervisor on time to meet the manufacturing schedule Make sure plates are set correctly and finished orders are properly banded Mark bundles clearly with job name and job number Keep equipment and your work area neat and in good working order Required skills/qualifications: Ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions Comfortable communicating with coworkers and supervisors (verbal and written) Familiar with hand tools and small power tools (or ready to learn) Able to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods Team-player mindset with a great attitude Ready to start a hands-on career path in Knoxville?
