Production Worker- Lexington TN

HVAC Coil Manufacturing Facility We are seeking skilled and motivated manufacturing professionals to support the production of high-quality HVAC coils and related components. Positions include, but are not limited to, Machine Operators, Assembly Technicians, Brazers, CNC Operators, and mechanically inclined manufacturing roles. Job Summary Employees in these roles are responsible for safely operating manufacturing equipment, assembling and fabricating HVAC coil components, and ensuring products meet quality and engineering specifications. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and capable of reading blueprints and accurately using measuring tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, including CNC machinery and specialized coil production equipment Perform assembly, brazing, and fabrication of HVAC coil components according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production drawings Accurately measure parts using a tape measure, calipers, and other precision tools Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met Set up machines, make adjustments, and perform basic troubleshooting as needed Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and quality guidelines at all times Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel to meet production goals Required Skills & Qualifications Mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with tools, machinery, and equipment Experience in one or more manufacturing disciplines (machine operation, CNC, assembly, brazing, etc.) preferred Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings Proficiency using a tape measure and basic measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift, push, or pull materials as required by the job Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, heat, and machinery
