Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Production Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, managing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless communication across supply chain functions (customers, vendors, and shipping/receiving). Your expertise in production management systems, demand planning, and inventory control will drive operational efficiency and support our commitment to delivering high-quality products on time. Responsibilities Develop and maintain master production schedules to align with demand forecasts and customer requirements. Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms to manage production planning, scheduling, and inventory control processes. Monitor supply chain activities, including logistics and inventory management, to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials. Analyze Excel spreadsheets and other data sources for demand forecasting analysis and production scheduling adjustments. Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to optimize production workflows and resolve scheduling conflicts. Conduct regular inventory management system audits to maintain accurate inventory levels and support demand planning efforts. Use technical proficiency in production management systems and spreadsheets to generate reports, analyze data trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Experience Proven experience in supply chain management, production planning, or manufacturing operations within a fast-paced environment. Strong familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent inventory management systems. Demonstrated ability in demand forecasting analysis and demand planning techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments effectively.
