A Production Associate is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, using hand and power tools, and working in a team-based environment building custom, made to order doors for valued customers. No experience? No problem. We'll set you up for success with supportive, hands-on training. This role could be just the beginning of a meaningful career, with endless opportunities for promotion. Highlights of your role Must be dependable, motivated with a commitment to performing quality work Wood working experience and manufacturing background is preferred Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble product Able to use measuring devices such as tape measures, calipers, etc. Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to build doors to specifications Able to be cross-trained in multiple positions and work as a team player You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) High school diploma or GED preferred General experience with computers is preferred Strong written and oral communication skills We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
