Molding 2:00pm- 10:30pm Monday- Friday Assembly 3:00pm-1:30am

Monday-Thursday Company Overview:

This position is a leading manufacturing company with a strong presence in the Maryville/Knoxville, TN area. They take pride in producing high-quality products that serve the automotive industry, and are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join the assembly manufacturing team. We are seeking Assembly Technicians to contribute to our production processes. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of our products, ensuring quality and efficiency in our operations. This position offers a great opportunity for those who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and eager to be part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly tasks as per standard operating procedures, blueprints, and work instructions. Inspect components and finished products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards. Attach Foam pieces to components, ensuring proper placement. Operate various hand and power tools to assemble, and adjust. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols. Report any issues, defects, or malfunctions to the supervisor or quality control team. Assist in the continuous improvement of assembly processes, suggesting process enhancements and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

Basic hand to eye coordination Positive Attitude Basic reading, math and reasoning skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and follow work schedule.
