Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient production flow. Adhere to attendance policies, especially during the first 90 days, and reliably work assigned 12-hour shifts. Participate in required training, including initial day-shift training and orientation, and transition to assigned night or day shifts as scheduled. Essential Skills Experience in production, general production, or manufacturing environments. Ability to perform visual inspection and quality checks on products. Machine operating or machine operator experience, including basic machine operation and adjustments. Assembly experience, including automotive assembly or similar repetitive production work. Experience as a production worker, general laborer, or in packaging and packing roles. Comfort working with conveyor systems and handling glass or similar materials safely. Ability to follow detailed instructions and customer specifications for banding, packing, and shipping. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Reliability in attendance and punctuality, especially within the first 90 days. Willingness and ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, including nights. Capability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment that can be hot in summer and cold in winter. You must wear safety shoes made of leather, which you provide, while the company supplies high-visibility vests, hearing protection, and other required safety gear.
