The Post Production Team is responsible for managing and executing all activities following harvest to ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance. Duties include drying, curing, trimming coordination, sorting, packaging, labeling, and inventory management. The role requires maintaining clean and organized workspaces, following SOPs, tracking batch data, and adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Team members collaborate closely with cultivation and operations staff to meet production timelines, minimize waste, and uphold product integrity from harvest to customer.
