Ability to retain information and follow instructions is necessary. You will be trained to quote various signage such as vehicle decals, die cut lettering, and aluminum signs of various sizes, etc. This position also includes training in production skills -- using large and small format printer/plotters, application of vinyl onto aluminum, and weeding/peeling vinyl. Must be detail oriented, able to take accurate measurements, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills (good spelling and grammar). Ability to deal professionally and courteously with customers and co-workers. Pay is commensurate with skill set, education, and job experience. Benefits include paid holidays after 30 days, and paid time off. Experience Previous experience in a sign shop or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. Experience with computers and vinyl helpful. Requires ability to accurately measure using a ruler. Requires attention to detail. Experience with small hand tools is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
