This role focuses on producing customized soccer jerseys and backpacks in a high-volume production environment. We are looking for dependable, highly detail-oriented individuals who take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Consistency, precision, and attention to detail are extremely important in this role. Responsibilities Operate Dual Air Fusion and Stahls clamshell heat presses to apply names, numbers, logos, and transfers to apparel and bags Accurately apply jersey numbers and player names with strong attention to detail Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards Work closely with the production team to complete orders efficiently and on schedule Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines Keep orders organized and ensure production details stay with each job throughout production Inspect finished products for accuracy, alignment, and overall quality Maintain a clean and organized workspace Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance Assist with additional production duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 1 year of heat press operating experience preferred Experience numbering jerseys is required Strong attention to detail is essential Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and consistency Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with apparel production or order fulfillment Familiarity with DTF applications Embroidery experience is a strong plus Job Details Full-time positions available 40 hours per week 8-hour shifts Weekend availability may be required during peak season

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
