Production Operator Shift/Hours:
Monday - Thursday, 6:30AM to 5PM, OT on
Fridays Pay Rate:
$17.00/hr

6+ months recent experience We are excited to share a new opportunity! We are searching for a Precision Machine Operator in Angleton, Texas! The ideal candidate will use fine motor skills, equipment operation, and microscope inspection to produce precision instruments in a consistent and timely manner.
Production Operator Responsibilities:
Maintain product flow - parts are processed in a timely manner, coordination, and prioritization of job assignment. Serve as operator and technical support for SDS cell setup, troubleshooting, repair, and product quality. Prioritize work orders via risk list / production schedule supplied by Production Manage each week. Maintain traceability of documentation in the form of Job Travelers Lead and assist in fixturing of all products for TiN coatings process. Train operators in aspects of forming, hand sharpening, heat-treating, fixturing, cut downs, SDS operations, MDS operations, kitting, and assembly work. Responsible for review and entry of daily production efficiency logs into database. Review and report product nonconformances, print revisions and work order issues to Production Manager. Ensure all production equipment is in proper working condition. Maintain preventative maintenance and calibration log. Work with Technical Applications Manger with testing, setup, and inspection of R D products / prototypes. Evaluate test results, implement, and document new processes. Serve as a flex resource for machine shop and contract services department as needed.
Track production department inventory:
notify supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.
Production Operator Preferred Skills:
