Job Description

Overview Join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Shop Helper and become a vital part of our production process! In this energetic role, you will support daily operations within a dynamic manufacturing facility, assisting with assembly, material handling, and equipment setup. Your mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn will help ensure smooth workflows and high-quality output. This position offers an engaging environment where teamwork, safety, and efficiency are at the forefront of everything we do. Responsibilities Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools to meet production standards Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials throughout the facility Support the setup and breakdown of manufacturing lines, ensuring all machinery is prepared for operation Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including storage and inventory zones Follow safety protocols diligently while handling materials and operating equipment in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve workflow efficiency Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse or shipping areas Skills Experience operating forklifts, power tools, and hand tools within a manufacturing or warehouse setting Strong mechanical knowledge to support assembly line tasks and equipment maintenance Prior factory experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with manufacturing processes Ability to work safely around machinery, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols Good organizational skills with an eye for detail in handling inventory and materials Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout shifts in a manufacturing environment Effective communication skills to work seamlessly with team members across different departments This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in manufacturing while contributing to a productive and safe workplace.
