Role:

The company is seeking a Respool Operator Level I to join our manufacturing team in Baytown, TX. In this role, you will operate or support the operation of production equipment and processes related to manufacturing flexible pipe. This position includes a structured on-the-job training program designed to develop basic skills through competency modules and hands-on training.

What You'll Do:

Operate or support the operation of production equipment used in manufacturing flexible pipe. Participate in a structured on-the-job training program. Complete competency modules and hands-on training to develop core skills. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safe work practices.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED. 12 months of relevant experience (preferred). Ability to work shift schedules. Valid Class C driver's license (may drive to remote locations). Safety certification (required).
