Overview Summary Summit Staffing is seeking Production Associates to support operations in a fast-paced, highly automated manufacturing environment. In this role, you will assist with machine operation, material handling, and general production duties while prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a full-time opportunity offering long-term career potential and on-the-job training.

Primarily Outdoor Manufacturing Facility Pay Rate:
$15.50 Key Responsibilities Prioritize safety for yourself and your team at all times. Operate or assist with manufacturing equipment including machines, kilns, and forklifts. Perform manual labor including standing, bending, stooping, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Load, unload, stack, and move materials throughout the facility. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment. Follow production schedules and complete assignments based on supervisor priorities. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production goals. Participate in continuous improvement efforts and support overall plant success. Work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills & Experience Must be 18 years or older. Valid driver's license required. Prior manufacturing, industrial, forklift, machine operation, or labor experience preferred — but training is provided. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong attendance and reliability are required. Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude. Ability to follow direction and adapt to change. Work Environment Fast-paced, automated production setting. Primarily outdoor work in variable weather conditions.
