Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.
Basic math and measurement skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment, noise, and production materials.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
Experience with automated equipment, GMP, 5S, or Lean Manufacturing principles is beneficial.
