Job Description

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm $16.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Operate and support production lines by filling, labeling, packaging, and palletizing products. Load materials and supplies to maintain efficient production flow. Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting. Inspect products to ensure quality standards, accurate labeling, and proper packaging. Complete production records and documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures, policies, and company guidelines. Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Perform other related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred. Basic math and measurement skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Forklift experience or certification is a plus. Experience with automated equipment, GMP, 5S, or Lean Manufacturing principles is beneficial.
