KILN SPRAY WARE

HANDLERMonday - Friday 11:00 pm -7:30 am$22.01 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Identify defective pieces and segregate accordinglyPrep and accurately scan pieces in software and load bowls by lift device or lifting by hand from racks to turntable for robot pick-upPrep and clean pieces after they have been sprayed and load onto a kiln car with a lift device or by handSet bricks and make sure that sprayed pieces are properly set onto bricks on kiln cars, adjusting when necessaryScrape down booth walls, shovel out glaze reclaim, and wash down glaze booths and scrubbers each shift or as directed by leadershipAssist in other spray department functions when neededClean and maintain work area, cleaning up any broken ware, ensuring no glaze or water spills are left on floors, and clean and/or shovel out drains as necessaryPractice and follow all safety regulations and fill out safety paperwork as neededPerform all duties as assigned by supervision
