00AM-4:00PM Absence of any related duties or functions in this document does not imply that incumbent may be exempt from assignments required to support production. The primary responsibility of this position is keep Embrex machine working. Any duties outside of these duties and responsibilities are paid hourly including vinegar cycle performed on machines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Mix Vaccine for Embrex Machine, set forth by Embrex or management Run vinegar cycle, plate machine and lab weekly Check and record transfer cracks daily Record all vaccination records daily Check liquid nitrogen levels and vaccine inventories daily Run AM and PM cycle daily on both machines Keep Lab area clean at all times. Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by hatchery manager
