Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for a Shop Administrator in the Cleburne TX area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute job documentation; maintain accurate data and records Generate fabrication paperwork and assist with payroll data entry Review drawings for accuracy and align with Tekla models Organize CNC/DXF files and maintain updated material information Coordinate with shop staff and project teams to support workflow and resolve issues Assist with scheduling, subcontracting, and material coordination Track job progress, including labor hours and production metrics, and provide status updates
Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction preferred Familiarity with Tekla, CNC/DXF files, or nesting software is a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Onsite, Monday through Friday, 6 AM-2:30
PM Employment Type:
Contract to hire
Compensation:
$20-21/hr.
