Job Description
Overview We are seeking an Experienced Production Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and experience working alongside multiple departments. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality production operations within a dynamic facility that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Candidates with warehouse experience and familiarity with forklift operation are highly preferred. The position is full-time and involves hands-on work supporting assembly, equipment operation, and material handling tasks. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute daily production activities. Track schedules and material availability to keep work orders on plan. Identify, escalate, and help resolve production issues. Partner with engineering to correct discrepancies and maintain bills of materials. Experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment required. Warehouse experience, including forklift operation, preferred. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven internal customer service mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining high attention to detail and safety standards. CS&P Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
