Role:
Operate assembly, gluing, cutting machines, arrange material on cart type trays to meet the pack standard, as well as production, quality, and safety plans.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Availability to rotate shifts Precise measuring, reading, and recording dimensions using a tape measure. Mattress industry experience preferred. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends if required.
Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate measurement of materials before and after cutting. Maintain cleanliness of HR materials throughout the process. Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times. Meet and uphold the company's quality standards Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation and follow established work instructions Collaborate effectively with coworkers and personnel from other departments. Report any process issues or abnormalities to the production supervisor promptly. Properly care for and operate the machinery assigned to the workstation. Use raw materials responsibly and prevent unnecessary waste. Comply with all work regulations, including schedules and workplace rules Achieve company goals related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Represent and uphold the company's image and values through daily work practices. Organize and arrange materials at the workstation to support efficient workflow Complete required boards, reports, and forms related to production, quality, and safety.
Job Requirements:
Physical ability to lift heavy objects greater than or equal to 44 lbs.
